Terms & Conditions
To secure a booking
A signed booking form and a £20 deposit will secure your booking. Until this has been received, your booking will be provisional and will be held for 14 days from the date of contact.
Balance payment
If paying by cheque,payment must be received 7 days prior to your party. Cash can be paid on the day.
Pass the parcel
We provide a 10 layer pass the parcel, with sweets for all guests at the end of the game. We do not suggest any more than 10 layers as children do get bored very quickly!
Cancellations
Where the customer cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
If Leanne has to cancel the booking due to circumstances out of her control (illness, weather etc) the full amount paid will be refunded.
Access to venue
Leanne requires a minimum of 30 minutes to set up and the same to pack away. Customers should inform Leanne if the chosen venue is not located on the ground floor to allow a longer set up/pack away time.
Miscellaneous
Leanne requires the use of an electrical socket
